Lauren Hall joined Wood Personnel Services in April 2023 and is the Branch Manager of our Columbia Branch. She specializes in recruiting, client support, and building strong relationships with both employees and customers. Lauren is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities while providing responsive, dependable service throughout the hiring process.

Lauren earned her Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification through the American Staffing Association, demonstrating her commitment to the staffing industry and employment law best practices. She is known for her organization, attention to detail, and ability to create positive experiences for both clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling with her husband, photography, knitting, and discovering new coffee shops and local spots around Tennessee. She values building meaningful relationships and takes pride in helping others succeed, both professionally and personally.
