Positions We Hire For:

Branch Manager
  • Expand business with current clients and gain new business with prospective customers
  • Supervise, assist and support branch staff
  • Develop teamwork and goal-directed attitudes and behavior in staff
  • Assist with the interview, selection, and placement process of employees
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients; follow up on temporary employees as needed and visit client companies
  • Develop positive working relationships with all clients and provide regular, on-going communication with client companies
  • Ensure branch profitability
Onsite Specialist
  • Works onsite directly at client company
  • Developing and maintaining client and employee relationships
  • Daily interaction with clients and employees
  • Conducting orientations and interviews
  • Administrative duties such as data entry
  • Conducting workers’ compensation investigations
  • Management of weekly reports
  • Assisting applicants with the application and onboarding process
Human Resource Specialist
  • Review applications
  • Interview, select and place applicants
  • Conduct new hire orientations
  • Provide ongoing communication with client companies
  • Build positive client relationships including in-person meetings
  • Research and stay current with area employment trends
Human Resource Specialist, Administrative
  • Answer incoming calls and greeting visitors in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
  • Administer and assist with the application and onboarding process
  • Schedule interviews and appointments for applicants
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Data entry and filing of applications as needed
  • Interview candidates, selecting, and placing candidates
  • Source for qualified candidates and setting up interviews
  • Assist with orientations as needed
  • Data entry in time keeping system
Human Resource Assistant / Receptionist
  • Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
  • Assisting applicants with the application process
  • Scheduling interviews and appointments for applicants
  • Data entry into Applicant Tracking System
  • Assisting with administrative support functions
