Stephanie joined Wood Personnel Services in 1998 as an Administrative Assistant to the Executive Search Division. In 1999, she was promoted to Marketing Coordinator and has been the Director of Marketing since 2000. Additionally, Stephanie holds her Certified Staffing Professional and Technical Services Certification from the American Staffing Association.
Stephanie is originally from Madison, TN. She grew up playing basketball and attended Belmont University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. She enjoys visiting new cities, trying new food, shopping and spending time with her family.
Nick joined Wood Personnel Services in 2016 and is the Area Manager of our Nashville, Columbia, Gallatin, Lebanon and Murfreesboro branch locations. In addition, he has a Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association.
Nick has a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. He is currently working on his Master of Business Administration degree and is on track to graduate in May of 2022. Nick grew up in Murfreesboro, TN playing football and soccer. He is a huge University of Tennessee Volunteers fan and loves going to see live sporting events. He also enjoys spending the weekend with friends and family, playing golf, and finding new things to do in the Nashville area.
Stephanie joined Wood Personnel Services in 2016 and is the Branch Manager of our Murfreesboro, TN office. In addition, she has her Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University with a double minor in Business Communication and Industrial & Organizational Psychology. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and staying active outdoors.
Jennifer joined Wood Personnel Services in 2011 as a Human Resource Assistant. She has since had many promotions including Branch Manager, Account Manager and Regional Account Manager. Jennifer was recently named the Talent Acquisition Manager and is responsible for our internal hiring and training processes. In addition, Jennifer has her Certified Staffing Professional designation from the American Staffing Association.
Jennifer, originally from Lebanon, TN, now enjoys the farm life with her family in Dickson, TN. She is an avid reader and sports fan and enjoys lending a hand wherever needed.
Tonya joined Wood Personnel Services in 1997 as a Human Resource Assistant. In 1999, after exploring different aspects of the company, she found her niche in the role of Systems Administrator. Once she received her bachelor’s degree in Professional Studies with a concentration in Information Technology from Tennessee Tech University, she was promoted to Director of Information Technology. She oversees all aspects of technology at WPS.
Originally from Louisiana, Tonya grew up in southeast Texas where she toured the South singing country music with her family. She moved here to start her singing career, but found her true passion in IT. She enjoys traveling, attempting to visit a new country every year, and trying out new and different cuisines!
Megen joined Wood Personnel Services in 2004 as an Onsite Staffing Specialist was then promoted to Sr. HR Specialist. In 2015, Megen became our Compliance & Benefits Administrator and most recently Megen has been promoted to Staff Accountant. Additionally, Megen has her Certified Staffing Professional designation from the American Staffing Association.
Megen attended Rochester Institute of Technology where she studied Computer Science. Originally from Fort Bragg, NC, Megen grew up as a military brat and has lived all over the United States. She enjoys spending time at the beach with her two dogs, reading, and being crafty.
Jonathan joined Wood Personnel Services in 2016 as a Human Resource Assistant at our Lebanon office, was then promoted to Onsite Coordinator and most recently to Onsite Manager. In addition, he has his Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association.
He has a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Originally from Paris, TN, Jonathan grew up playing football and playing music. In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports, hunting, and enjoying the outdoors.
Teri joined Wood Personnel Services in 2014 as a Human Resource Assistant out of our Lebanon office. She currently serves as the Branch Manager of our Lebanon office. In addition, she has her Certified Staffing Professional Certification from the American Staffing Association.
Teri has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cumberland University and calls the city of Lebanon her home. She enjoys anything related to outdoors, including spending time at the lake, 3-D archery, tending to multiple flower beds, and acting as side-line coach to any sporting event.
Stephanie joined Wood Personnel Services in 2018 as a Staffing Coordinator. Since that time she has been promoted to Onsite Representative and then to Branch Manager of our Columbia office. In addition, she has her Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association.
Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. She is originally from the Chattanooga, TN area. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching her son play basketball and soccer, escape games, and going to the beach. Bill started Wood Personnel in 1988. Experienced in all aspects of staffing and recruiting, Bill and his leadership team built Wood Personnel’s reputation on trust, excellent customer service and providing successful results.
Bill’s educational background includes a BS in Business Administration from UT Knoxville and a Master of Business Administration from MTSU.
An avid Middle Tennessee sports fan, Bill enjoys attending sporting events of all kinds including the Titans, Predators, Sounds and Nashville Soccer Club.
Jon started interning at Wood Personnel Services in 2010 while attending the University of Tennessee. After graduating in 2014, he interned with CS Partners, an international search and placement firm, in London England. Upon his return in 2015, Jon started full time at WPS as a Recruiter and was then promoted to Director of Recruiting. Jon is a Certified Search Consultant through the American Staffing Association. He enjoys golf and watching local sports.
