Hailey Ano joined Wood Personnel Services in 2019 as an Onsite Representative, supporting our largest client accounts. After five years on the Onsite Team, she transitioned into Business Development in November 2024, where she helped establish new client partnerships and build strong relationships across Middle Tennessee.
In 2026, Hailey returned to her Onsite roots as Onsite Manager, bringing together her firsthand operational experience and business development background. Her leadership, organization, communication, and relationship-building skills help ensure Wood Personnel's largest client accounts receive exceptional service and support.
Originally from Central California, Hailey has proudly called Nashville home since 2019. Her dedication to both clients and colleagues makes her a valued leader on the Wood Personnel Services Team!
