Jon Wood

Jon Wood serves as Executive Vice President of Wood Personnel Services. Jon began his career with Wood Personnel in 2015 as a Recruiter and later served as Director of Recruiting. With nearly two decades of hands-on recruiting experience, he is passionate about people-first leadership, talent strategy and execution, developing recruiters, and delivering consistent hiring outcomes, backed by deep market knowledge across Middle Tennessee.

A native of the Greater Nashville area, Jon is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, where he earned a degree in History. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
