Nannette Grooms joined Wood Personnel Services in July 2024 as the Branch Manager of our Nashville location. With a strong background in HR support, operations, and logistics, Nannette brings valuable expertise in talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning. Previously, she served as a Regional Recruiting Manager at Transforce Inc., where she managed a diverse portfolio of accounts, oversaw benefits administration, and trained her team to meet key performance goals.
Nannette studied at Argosy University in pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management degree. She enjoys exploring Nashville and spending quality time with friends and family. She’s passionate about her community and always seeks new ways to stay active and engaged.
