Wood Personnel Services announced a planned leadership transition aligned with the company’s long-term strategy and governance structure.
Effective January 1, 2026, Founder Bill Wood transitioned into the role of Chairman of the Board and Treasurer, where he will continue to provide oversight and financial stewardship. Bill will remain actively involved in the business and maintain a regular presence in the office. Grace Wood has assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer, and Jon Wood is serving as Executive Vice President, guiding the organization’s day-to-day operations and execution of strategic priorities.
