We are hiring for forklift positions including:

  • Reach Truck Operators
  • Cherry Picker Operators
  • Dock Stocker Operators
  • Stand-Up Forklift Operators
  • Sit-Down Forklift Operators with Clamp Attachment Experience

Forklift Hiring Event Compensation and Hours:

  • $17.50 – $22.55 an hour depending on role
  • All shifts available, including weekends
  • Multiple openings available
  • Temp, temp-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities
  • On-the-spot interviews for qualified candidates

Forklift Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience operating Stand-Up, Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker (Order Picker) forklifts required
  • Current forklift certification preferred (or ability to certify based on client requirements)
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
  • Comfortable working at heights while operating a Cherry Picker
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to accurately pick, put away, and replenish inventory
  • Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred
  • Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift

Forklift Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Stand-Up Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker forklifts in accordance with company safety policies
  • Pick, stage, move, and store products accurately throughout the warehouse
  • Load, unload, and transport materials to designated locations
  • Perform order picking using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
  • Replenish inventory and stock pick locations as needed
  • Verify product quantities and inspect merchandise for damage
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
  • Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy goals
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
