Jennifer joined Wood Personnel Services in 2011 as a Human Resource Assistant. Soon after she was promoted to Human Resource Specialist in the Nashville Office Support division and has since been named Branch Manager of our Lebanon Office. In addition, Jennifer also has her Certified Staffing Professional designation from the American Staffing Association. Originally from Lebanon, TN, Jennifer grew up playing softball and was a girl scout. She is an avid sports fan and follows many sports including hockey, baseball, MMA and UFC. Her downtime is spent with her four children and her pets.

Amber Phillips joined Wood Personnel Services in 2016 and is a Human Resource Specialist in our Lebanon Office. Originally from Lebanon, Amber was involved in volleyball and softball, but these days she spends most of her time at the baseball fields or the pool with her children. She is a six-year veteran of the U.S. Army where she was an Air Traffic Controller and her hobbies include LSU football, little league baseball and spending time with my family.

Nick Causey joined Wood Personnel Services in 2016 and is a Human Resource Specialist in our Lebanon Office. Nick has a Bachelor’s Degree from Middle Tennessee State University and is currently working on his MBA. Nick grew up in Murfreesboro and played football and soccer. He is a huge University of Tennessee Volunteers fan and loves going to see any live sporting event possible. Nick enjoys spending the weekend with friends & family, playing golf, and finding new things to do in the Nashville area.

Teri Robinson joined Wood Personnel Services in 2014 and is a Human Resource Specialist, Administrative in our Lebanon Office. Teri has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Cumberland University. She has grown up in Lebanon all her life and is proud to call it home. Her hobbies include outdoor volleyball with the family, catching rays at the lake, being a Southern Momma at the ballpark, and a new found interest in Archery.
