Grace Wood
Grace serves as CEO and President of Wood Personnel Services. Prior to this role, Grace served as Nashville Branch Manager and later as Director of Strategy and Development. In these roles, she built a strong foundation in leadership, client partnership, and process improvement. A native of Hendersonville, TN, she graduated from the University of Virginia with double majors in Economics and Leadership and Public Policy. Before joining Wood Personnel, Grace served as a Supply Chain Manager at McMaster Carr, where she refined her expertise in strategic planning and team development. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and exploring the vibrant Nashville community.
Megen Leach, CSP
Megen joined Wood Personnel Services in 2004 as an Onsite Staffing Specialist was then promoted to Sr. HR Specialist. In 2015, Megen became our Compliance & Benefits Administrator and most recently Megen has been promoted to Staff Accountant.
